Relationships Beyond Romance

When we hear the word relationship, our minds often jump straight to romance. But the most influential, long-lasting, and sometimes most challenging connections in our lives aren't always with our partners. They are with the people we work beside, the siblings we grew up with, and the friends who know our secrets.

Why Focus on Non-Romantic Bonds?

We are often taught how to date or save a marriage, but we are rarely given a roadmap for navigating a falling out with a best friend, a power struggle with a co-founder, or the evolving complexity of a mother-daughter dynamic. These bonds carry immense weight, yet we're often expected to "just figure them out."

Whether you come as a duo or as an individual, I will help you help you bridge the gap between "it’s complicated" and "it’s healthy."

  • Co-Founders & Colleagues: Navigating the high-stakes intersection of business and personality.

Siblings: Moving past childhood roles to build an adult friendship.

Mothers & Daughters: Breaking cycles and establishing healthy boundaries with love.

Chosen Family & Friends: Healing from "friendship breakups" or deepening long-term loyalty.

  • I don’t provide just a shoulder to cry on, I provide a toolkit for change focusing on:

Communication Architecture: Learning how to say the hard thing without burning the bridge.

Conflict Resolution: Moving from "winning" an argument to understanding the underlying need.

Boundary Design: Defining where you end and the other person begins—essential for preventing burnout and resentment.

The Re-Introduction: Helping you see the person in front of you today, rather than the version of them you’ve known for years.

  • I’ve spent the last two decades at the intersection of high-stakes business and human psychology. My perspective on relationships wasn't formed in a vacuum; it was built in the trenches of the tech industry, where I spent 20 years in Sales. In that world, I learned a fundamental truth early on: relationships are the only true currency. Success isn't just about the deal, it’s about the trust, rapport, and resilience of the people behind it.

For the past 20 years, I have been refining the art of the difficult conversation. My coaching journey has taken me into the boardrooms and private offices of some of the world's most ambitious leaders, including coaching female founders at Google.

What I discovered is that whether you are scaling a global startup or navigating a lifelong family tie, the friction points are the same: unspoken expectations, blurred boundaries, and the need to be truly heard. I bring that corporate rigour and relational intuition to my work, helping you navigate your most important connections with the same strategy and intentionality you bring to your career.
