Integrated therapy

  • Single session therapy

    Therapy doesn’t have to be an ongoing commitment. Sometimes we need a bit of support addressing things that arise at work or at home. SST is intentional and solution focused, and can have long lasting results. Sessions last 50 minutes with a pre-assessment questionnaire required ahead of the session.

  • Couples therapy

    Couples often come in crisis, but you don’t need wait that long. I offer bespoke packages for couples dealing with common themes such as: affairs, marriage, communication, moving in together, having kids, travelling and setting up in business. Sessions are either 50 or 90 minutes. Number of sessions is between 3 and 12. Packages of 6 sessions are popular with clients.

  • EMDR

    If you are feeling stuck at work or in your relationships and recognise that how you feel is holding you back, EMDR could be for you. EMDR is a NICE guideline approved trauma processing therapy. Sessions are 50 or 90 minutes. EMDR is a brief therapy intervention - between 3 and 6 sessions.

  • Talking therapy

    Sometimes we just need space to reflect, process or just to be heard. I offer both short term counselling and longer term psychotherapy. My approach is integrated - which means I use a number of different therapeutic tools to suit your needs. Sessions are 50 minutes and are open ended.

  • Separation therapy

    If you have made a decision to end your romantic relationship, it can be really helpful to have someone support you navigate the transitions that are part of a break up. These can include: moving house, financial commitments, kids, family, friends and on-going communication. Sessions are 50 minutes and are booked as a package of 6 weekly sessions.
